Choose automatic or manual creation

Automatic creation is useful for a narrowly defined, trusted article flow. Manual creation gives an editor a deliberate moment to judge whether a story is suitable for video. Start manually when establishing editorial standards, then only automate categories that meet those standards consistently.

Review every story’s treatment

Set the voice and language per post when the audience or reporting calls for it. A video should preserve the article’s meaning, avoid overstatement and make sense without assuming that the viewer has read the original. Check the generated status before treating a video as ready.

Distribution is configured, not assumed

The bridge can select YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. Availability depends on the publisher’s agreements and configuration. Verify each destination’s requirements and editorial approval before using it. A selected platform is not a promise that every video will be appropriate or available there.

Keep a link or clear reference back to the published article where your editorial practice calls for it, and correct or withdraw derivative video when the source reporting materially changes.
